What we collect and why

When you book a conversation, we collect your contact details, business information, meeting preferences and the answers you provide. We use these to arrange your meeting, prepare for it and follow up.

If you subscribe, we collect your name, email, industry and any interests you share to send our newsletter. Emails you send us are used to respond to your enquiry.

Where your information goes

Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting and form protection, and Google services for email, calendar bookings and online meetings.

Our form integrations can also send details to our CRM, Telegram for internal notifications, and Resend for newsletter delivery when enabled. Providers may process information outside Australia.

Hosting and security services may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop sending the newsletter. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business requirements.

Only share information you are comfortable sending. Please do not include sensitive client records in website forms.
