Some of our work.
Insurance CRM.
The problem
Our client was paying for four separate tools to run their business — none of which talked to each other. Emails were being handwritten one at a time. Compliance work was eating whole days. Clients were slipping through the cracks because nobody had time to chase them.
The solution
One system that runs the whole practice — client records, documents, emails, compliance, and the analytics on top.
Mechanic software.
The problem
Our client was running the workshop on paper job cards and a whiteboard. Bookings taken on the phone, half of them lost. Nobody could tell you if a car was ready without walking out to the bay to check.
The solution
One system for booking, tracking and invoicing every job — from the phone call to the final payment. Every car has a status, every customer has a history.
Sales analytics.
The problem
Our client was paying tens of thousands a year for enterprise dashboards that showed generic FMCG templates — not their actual business. The projections that mattered lived in one analyst's spreadsheet.
The solution
A live dashboard wired to their actual sales data, showing current state and forward projections side by side. Built around their operation, not somebody else's template.
Commission reporting.
The problem
Our client was checking commission payments by hand every month — reconciling what came in against what should have come in, across every statement, every policy, every rate. Errors added up quietly over the year.
The solution
Reports are generated automatically from every commission statement — reconciled, sent on schedule, and easy to edit if any discrepancies need attention.
Consumer picks app.
The problem
Our client wanted a platform where friends could compete on their calls — sports, TV shows, anything you can put a question mark on. Nobody had built a light, social version of this that didn't feel like a serious stats app.
The solution
A consumer app built for group rivalries — mates against mates, receipts kept, and a leaderboard that never forgets who was right.
